76 Years. On Oxygen, Wears CPAP, On Multiple Medications. Dipping Down Of OX To Low 70s When Not On Ox. Suggest
I am concerned for my 76 yr old mother-n-law. She's got bad health, on Oxygen 24-7....wears a CPAP nightly, is on approx. 12 medications. 2 different inhalers and received a package of 5 btles of this product last week in the mail. She did NOT consult a or any of her physicans b4 buying this product. her pulmonary Dr is concerned as to why her readings of OX dip down to the low 70's when she doesn't wear her OX ( which she doesn't cause SHE thinks she doesn't need to ;[ ) With SO many meds Im a bit concerned, what do u think? My next step is to contact her primary doc 1st. Thanks Robin
I understand it could be worrisome under these circumstances. However, drug modification in this case deserves a careful medical advice. adjunct therapeutic measures like continues mobilization to avoid any thrombi or bed sores and proper diet are of utmost importance. Medications in her case certainly do have specific indications considering her clinical state. I do think based on her evolution, the drugs could be reduced. But this deserves a careful evaluation and follow up. It s a great idea you are meeting her primary care physician soon for he shall actually be of utmost help. Kind regards.
