8 Month Old,7.25kg,weak,mild Hypotonia,bronchial Infection,improve Health?

my girl is 8 months old, 7.250 kgs, 69 cms. does not sit , is weak, feeds poorly, has mild hypotonia , diagnised with bronchial infection, has cough most fo the days, wanted to know if i can give her leg soup(motton)am giving her eggs now.. how do i improve her overall health... will she grow up to be a fine healthy adult
