8 Year Son, Suffering From Gas Trouble, Vomiting. What Could Be This?

My 8 year old son has had issues with gas and vomiting for years. I don't know what to do ... he wakes up with thunder and all day long it continues. He vomits at least once or twice a week and when he's done he goes back to regular activities as usual and has done this since he was about 3? He is a chunky monkey, but very active in sports.

generally antibiotics are not recommended
you should give him extra fluid and ORS ,
monitor his hydration status
if there is any blood or fever or child starts vomit every thing then immediately visit you doctor
Do deworm him and get his stool routine examination done.
Add metronidazole after consultation with yor doctor.
iron supplementation along with multiviamins will be helpful
continuous follow up to your gastroentrologist is necessary for 2nd line of investigations
