9 Year Old Having Constipation. Tried Enema. Large And Small Intestine Tests Are Normal. Other Causes?
sir my daughter is 9 years old she is facing long constipation . her constipation duration is about 1 and half month. We have to use enema for the treatment of constipation. Her large and small intestine test are normal.her stomach test also normal. but her ERS is 30. I shall be grateful if any one guide me about this case regard

The chronic constipation that your daughter is facing and a raised ESR (30), I feel that you should get a coloscopy along with biopsy of the colon.
The raised ESR suggets some chronic disease process which is going on in the body.
