9 Year Old With Painful Black Bumps In The Genital Area. Large Spot On The Inner Leg. What Is It?
My daughter is 9 years old and has several black bumps on her genital area. She has one large black spot on the inner leg near her genital area. She says they are very painful. What can this be? There are several small bumps around the area and she had a pimple like blister on her bottom cheek, near the lower center.

Need to know few things:
Since how long has these bumps been there?
Was there any fever?
The rash near the genital area could be fungal infection like candida or Teniasis.
However it is difficult to comment on skin lesions without having examined them closely.Hence get her examined by her doctor so that appropriate treatment instituted.
