Hello.Domperidone, the drug you're taking ,and butylscopalamine, the drug that you friend has recommended, have opposite effects.
Domperidone increases digestive tract mobility and butylscopalamine decreases digestive tract mobility.
When the discomfort is by decreasing of digestive tract mobility, domperidone is a right treatment.
When the discomfort is by increasing of digestive tract mobility ,butylscopalamine is a right treatment
If your discomfort is after intake and improve with domperidone, decreasing of digestive tract mobility is the likely diagnosis and butylscopalamine is not right treatment.
If the effectiveness of domperidone is not complete, is possible increase the drug dose or dietary treatment (avoid foods with gas, decreasing the amount of intake at dinner).
However,go to your doctor for valuation and treatment.
I wish you good health.
