Abdomen Pain, Acid Reflux And Diarrhea. Allergic To Peanuts And Soybeans. Should This Be Checked Out?

I have been having pains in the upper right area of my abdomen along with acid reflux and diarrhea. I generally eat healthy and I've noticed it is increased with foods that have high fat content. The only food allergies I am aware of are peanuts (highly allergic) and soybeans (slightly allergic). I do not drink soda, alcohol, or flavored drinks (only milk and water) I am a female, and I am in my normal weight range. Should I get this checked out or do I just need to be more careful with my diet choices in regards to fats?
