Abdominal Cramps, Lower Back Pain, Pinkish/ Brownish Vaginal Discharge. What Could This Be?

I'm a 40 yr old female. For the last few days ( like the last week or so), I've been having a pinkish/ brownish discharge. I'm also having abdominal cramps and lower back pain to the point where I can't stand it. The pain goes down to my hips sometimes. I know I can't be pregnant b/c I had a tubal 13 years ago. I have no insurance. What could possibly going on? Thanks.

Hi, it appears to be due to renal colic may be due to urinary tract infection, or stone in the kidney or ureter.
You may need to have M.R.I.for diagnosis. So i advise you to consult an urologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe, cifixime, dicyclomine hydrochloride, and domperidone, for a temporary relief till the reports come. Thank you.
