Hi, Welcome to HCM. No further tests are necessary to rule out HIV and Syphilis as all your tests after 90 days remains nonreactive. The burning sensation of the penis may be due to mild inflammation of the Glans penis and the foreskin. This may be due to either an yeast infection or may be due to irritants like soaps and antiseptic lotions. Another possibility is, it may be due to an early symptom of Herpes infection. You consult your physician and with his/ her guidance further tests like blood sugar examination and test for Herpes may be done. Get well soon. Dr S.Murugan
