Abdominal Pain, Fever, Dull Senses, No Appetite, Dark Urine
My fiance is 52 and has had pain in his lower right abdomen for the past couple days. The first day he had a fever, but that broke and now the pain is getting worse in the lower right abdomen and it is warm to the touch. He says it feels like a hole??? His senses are dulled. He cant taste, smell, or see as well as before this started. He has no appetite and his urine is dark yellow, though he drinks more water now than he did when he was well.

There are few possibilities having this problem.
1, He might be having Acute Appendicitis,
2, There might be having urinary tract infection.
Consult surgeon and get examined.

Ity would be best to see a doctor as lower right quadrant pain can be due to acute appendicitis apart from opther problems.It would bewise to rule out any serious problem since the pain is persisting and he is not getting better.
