Abdominal Pain, Loss Of Appetite, Weight Loss. Chest X-ray Normal, Ultrasound Shows Enlarged Lymphnodes In Aortic Region. What Does This Mean?

my brother is 24 yrs ,recently he was having abdominal pain and less appetite,he has also lost 3kgs weight in last month. we have done some test and the results are chest X Ray is normal, Haemoglobin is 11.7, ESR is 46, SGPT is 10 ,SGOT is 19, glocose fasting is 95, Amylase is 110, lipase is 72, TSH is 6.49,USG report multiple enlarged lymphnodes(largest 22.7mm)are noted in peripancreatic,pre and para aortic region........can you suggest what can be diagnosed with these reports?

Welcome to health care magic. Considering thd young age and the presentation with anemia and mutiple abdominal lymph nodes, one should evaluate him quickly without wasting time and i would have seng such a patient for a CT scan of abdomen and then lymph node biopsy for definitive diagnosis. We need to rule out significant conditions like lymphoma, tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, etc. And the treatment for each is completely different and most conditions among those mentioned above are rapidly progressive unless treated urgently. Hence, i would suggest you to consult a physician soon.
