Accident, Cracked Neck And Back, Tightness In Neck, Lower Back Pain, Clunking Noises. Advise?

hello i had a car accident at the end of march i was thrown forward broke my nose and cracked my neck and back since then i have tried rest but over the course of weeks my neck has become tighter on one side and my lower back hurts if i lean back and makes terrible clunking noises im also finding it difficult turning over in bed it feels really heavy

From what you have mentioned, car accident 3 months back and broken nose with some neck and back problem. You are presently unable to turn yourself in bed.
With this information, I suggest you meet your physiotherapist and they may help you with some simple exercises. Always get to your doctor if there is increase in pain or any severe discomfort.
