hello doctor am 26 yeas old male..i met with accident before 2 months and my tibia gets broken..now am fixed with interlocking nail..i done masturbation 3 times from surgery ..i like to continue my masturbation..if i continue ,is there any problem in my bone healing?pls help me by giving tips to be happy and safe for bone healing..thank you..

hi,
i understand your problem, as long as you dont disturb your bone surgical site, it is not a problem, you do masturbation in posture which should not hurt healing bone. using less force can also avoid disturbance of healing. otherwise surely it affects healing.

There is no correlation or link between bone healing process & masturbation.
You have to take daily calcium supplementations as well as foods rich in calcium for hastening the bone healing.
