My husband is suffering from acidity.he is nly 29 years old..from last two weeks its becoming frequently everyday usually in the night..it generally happens before taking dinner...i don't understand what 's going wrong...usually in the morning when he spits some blood also comes out in his spit...is this related to acidity..or he has having some other problem..he is a non smoker and drinks occasionally...but from last six months he had not taken hard drinks also..please suggest me what to do..as I m very scared by swing all this...thanks...
acidity first of all is not a disease. it's just a symptom and also to an extent a very normal physiological symptom. sometimes ulcers can also present with such am acute history and leads to bleeding in gastro intestinal Tract and which can lead to blood in the spit also. but again this can only be confirmed by detailed examination of the patient and the type of blood Egs it's bright red vs dark red or black. you need to be sure about this. symptoms can be avoided by using the antacid. and also you can try using a revised diet having more fibres.
