Acidity And Gastric Problems, Sweating And Chest Pain, Taken Mucaine Gel And Femtac, Burning Sensation In Stomach

Hi, I have some problems with stomache. I mean acidity and gas. Last month suddenly it started sweating a lot and a little bit of chest pain with that. I took Mucaine Gel and femtac and was relieved a bit. Next day I went to the doctor and he referred me to a cardiologist . after several test the cardiologist said no issue with heart .just do not eat spicy food for sometime now . Now again I feel a burning sensation in my stomache and cannot digest the simplest of the food . If I take mucaine gel it will be ok however that ugly burning feeling will always be there mainly during morning.

Hi,
I think you should try taking Proton Pump Inhibitor like Omeprazole or Pantaprazole empty stomach in morning.Try avoiding excessive tea or coffee.Aviod spicy and fried food. Take plenty of water. Avoid lying down immediately following meals. In case symptoms persist, then you might need UGI Endoscopy to rule out H.Pylori infection.
