Hi

Thanks for writing to Health Care Magic

Acne is usually not preventable though it can be controlled and scarring can be prevented by judicious use of the following measures:
1.     Regular cleansing of skin with mild soap/water and avoidance of greasy creams or oil applications. Squeezing of lesions should be strictly avoided as it may rupture and lead to inflammations.
2.     Topical applications for minimum 4-6 weeks with benzyl peroxide or tretinoin (which you have already tried).
3.     Topical antibiotics e.g. erythromycin or clindamycin.
4.     Systemic antibiotics e.g. erythromycin or tetracycline in severe cases.

Kindly visit your dermatologist and let him evaluate whether you required local or systemic antibiotics for your problem.

Hope that answers your query

Wishing you a fast recovery.

Take Care :)

Hello,

This acne occurs due to adolescence.

In this age the is an hormonal imbalance in the body which triggers acne formation.

In most cases medication may not help very much.

As the age increases acne will go off.

In this situation keep your skin oil free by washing your face with mild soap solutions regularly.

By doing so it will prevent oil and spores of the sebaceous glands from blocked and prevent acne formation.

hello,
thank you for using health care magic
first of all no need to be ashamed.. acne is very common problem in teen age .. and nobody is perfect right , so you remove your fear
in teen age mostly it is due to hormonal cause it will go away with age so be patience .. isoteretoine capsule are helpful.. you can take doxycycline capsule 100mg once in a day for month .. it will help you..

and about your doubt that why your acne got worst after treatment..well because when you apply gel to acne it act as a irritant to skin and help in increasing acne but that side effect go away subsequently.. you consult your dermatologist for that and continue drug..
stop eating oily and spicy food.. it will improve your condition
all these will help to reduce acne but i dont want to give false hope, all these wont cure acne completely.. with your age it will go away
hope this helped you
