hi
i would like to highlight a few common causes of excess gas in stomach
1)faulty or weak digestion
2)eating gas producing food
3)irritable bowel syndrome
4)food allergy like lactose intolerance
5)some kind of gastric infection
let me say..this condition is very much treatable and can be corrected with a few changes in lifestyle
here are my suggestions
1)avoid gas producing food..they are beans, lentils, dairy products, onions, garlic, scallions, leeks, turnips, rutabagas, radishes, sweet potatoes, potatoes, cashews, Jerusalem artichokes, oats, wheat, and yeast in breads. Cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, Brussels sprouts and other cruciferous vegetables that belong to the genus Brassica
2)try to find out which particular food troubles you more,,probably you cant digest that food properly due to allergy
3)some natural herbs can provide you a huge amount of relief..iam listing a few of them cumin, coriander, caraway and others such as ajwain, turmeric, asafoetida (hing), epazote, and kombu kelp (a Japanese seaweed).
4)use probiotic food like yoghurt as it will restore the good bacteria in ur intestines
5)do plenty of exercise and follow a strict timing of food intake
6)stay away from worries,,and de stress your self on a daily basis
these are some excellent remedies which will give you instant result
god bless
