Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare magic.
yellow eyes and urine could be due to jaundice which can be confirmed with liver function test.
You have not mentioned whether you have had MRCP done which would help to know whether you have any obstruction to bile flow that might be causing jaundice.
With a history of pancreatitis and pseudocyst, the likely causes for jaundice are compression of the common bile duct by inflammatory mass involving the head of pancreas, compression of common bile duct by an enlarging pseudocyst.
If the pancreatitis is a biliary pancreatitis, then jaundice could be due to a stone obstructing the common bile duct.
There are other causes of jaundice as well and tests to rule them out are done based on the liver function test and MRCP findings.
Hope that answers your question.
