sir i m 20 yrs old and i am addicted to masterbating.iam masterbating since last 10yrs nw i m very thin and person with very less weight nd i noticed sperm in my urine last 2 days ago i got scared pls suggest me ayurvedic medicine nd some treatment for it .........

Hi. Welcome to HCM. Masturbation is very common in both sexes. Masturbation will not lead to weight loss. Sperm in urine is little uncommon and is caused by two conditions, prostatitis and retrograde ejaculation. Both of these conditions can typically be treated, although they may cause discomfort or pain in the meantime. One potential cause of sperm in urine is prostatitis. This is swelling or inflammation of the prostate gland, which helps in the manufacturing of semen. Certain medical conditions may lead to long-term and severe swelling of the prostate. During urination, the bladder contracts and bumps up against the swollen gland. This can cause a small amount of semen to be released at the same time as urine, or shortly after. Urine may appear cloudy if enough semen is present. I am not a ayurvedic doctor and i cannot suggest ayurvedic medicine. I can only suggest u to get a doctor consultation and then get a treatment. It needs some test before giving any treatment. All the best
