Addicted To Masturbation, Passed Urine While Sleeping. Doctor Consultation Required?
I am an adult male in my mid 20s. I had a dream that I am urinating and when I woke up I had already wetted myself. This never happened before. I know this is a common phenomenon and everybody has it once in a while. My question here is is it related to my masturbation habit as I am addicted to it. Do I need to consult a doctor. What can I do to make sure it never happens again. I normally wake up once or twice every night to pee and never had such issues before.
I am so sorry to hear about what happened to you. It happens once in a while and in no way means that it is going to happen again anytime soon. We have all experienced this at least at one point in our lives. This is no reason to see a doctor for and masturbation is not a probable cause here.
If you are not comfortable with your masturbating habit and would like to change it, please talk to a sexologist and psychiatrist who would help direct and provide you with the necessary support you need for this.
I hope you find this helpful. Thank you so much for using our services and feel free to request for more information if need be. I wish you the best of health. Thanks. Dr. Ditah, MD
