Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

Masturbation is a normal behavior in young people of your age. Excessive masturbation which is causing anxiety and affecting your daily routine needs help.
Masturbation is an individual stress relieving activity in most people.

To sum it up, Masturbation is completely safe and does not result in any sexual inadequacy either now nor in the future sex lives and you can continue to do it in your privacy, when you are sexually excited.
Night falls a common term used to describe nocturnal emissions or wet dreams, is when a male ejaculates in his sleep mostly due to erotic dreams. Night falls is a bodily mechanism to remove excess and old sperms that has been retained within the testes and seminal vesicles. As the testes produces fresh sperms regularly, the older semen is discharged in the form of night falls. Regular masturbation once or twice a week, does the same removing the sperms and solves the problem of nightfall until the time you are sexually inactive. Post marriage, once sexual activity begins regular sex solves the problem of night falls altogether.

I hope this helps.

Hi ! This is a common problem faced by youngsters due to ignorance or due to non availability of sex education.
Masturbation is a normal physiological activity done to relieve sexual desire by the adolescent and many young people. Many times those who are not aware of it discuss it with their peer group who are equally unaware of this, and the problem is compounded by immature discussion among the peers. Therefore, please do not worry about it at all. This will be automatically reduce once you get married and start having normal sexual life. You may note that even married persons also go for masturbation at times without any ill effect.
Any physiological activity should not be considered as abnormal, otherwise, you will land up in anxiety due to this thought. So, divert your attention more towards your study/work, whatever you do, and consider masturbation as a normal routine activity in one's reproductive life. Good luck.
