Parvan spas is an opioid drug and it causes both physical and psychological dependence. If you will stop it abruptly then it will cause withdrawal syndrome. It is advised that any opioid drug should be stopped under supervision of a Psychiatrist only. To prevent withdrawal syndrome and relapse medicines like Buprenorphin and naloxone combination is given and then it is further tapered gradually. I would advise you to visit a Psychiatrist for expert opinion.
Thanks
