Advanced Bone Age. LH Is Low. Continue Lupron And HGH?

Hi, my daughter is 10 yrs old with an advanced bone age of 11 to 12 according to her ped endocrinologist and she s 49 tall. She was born at 30 weeks and IUGR . Her height was 12 at birth. For the past 7 months, she has been on Lupron and norditropin. She grew about 7 cms in 6 months while on GH. we recently did a bone age on her and found out that her bones are still advanced (11-12 now and 10-11 last year) . I was of the opinion that Lupron prevents the bone age from advancing and my doctor says it doesn t have the same effect on everyone. Her pubertal hormones are in normal range. Her LH is below .3 and estradiol 7. However, she started getting some pubic hairs and her breast development is tanner 1 with a little bit of breast bud on her left one. So, what are our options? Do we continue lupron and HGH? If she reaches the bone age of 13, will her bones fuse and she will stop growing? Are there any other medications to prevent bones from advancing? The doc says there are meds to address advancing bones, but can t prescribe it to girls (only boys can take it?). I m at my wits end and extremely worried about my li l girl.
