I am a girl of 25 , m very thin instead of taking good meal my weight is just 43. When I started taking banana almond shake it helps me alot getng weight but as soon as i left it my weight falls down. what should i do to keep myself healthy and not thinner.
hi there thanks for asking on HCM, you can continue with the banana almond shake it is healthy it gives you both protiens and carbohydrates. you can take 5 small meals per day instead of 3 regular meals. take fresh fruit juice atleast once daily, a glass of milk in morning and evening is good and also have dry fruits and nuts along with your regular diet. drink lot of water. dont take bad fats like cheese and butter.workout in gym regularly for atleast 30 mins.eat healthy and stay healthy.
