Hi,

Hysterosalpingogram is usually done to know any structural defect in the reproductive organs like uterine anomalies, tubal obstruction, etc. According to your HSG report:
- The uterus is normal means, normal in size and position without any structural anomalies.
- Both Fallopian tubes are patent means, there is no obstruction in the lumen of the tubes, so the spillage is noted.
According to this, your HSG is normal.

Regarding the ovaries you need to undergo antral follicle count, then according to that you can plan ovulation induction with your doctor's advice and can track the ovulation with the follicular study. By planning unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, the possibility of pregnancy can be increased.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Sree Gouri S. R., OBGYN
