General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The size of the follicle has decreased and this most of the time interpreted as ruptured follicle releasing an egg for fertilization. There are other findings to be seen during follicular study scan like free fluid in POD to confirm the above finding. One important thing to do while taking treatment is to keep yourself relaxed and cool during the process. Have the follow ups in a more relaxed way.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Jasmine Jagan, General & Family Physician
