Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Sunlight aggravates skin pigmentation. So, it is advised to use Sunscreen along with depigmenting cream.
Apply sunscreen on sun exposed areas at 8 AM, 11 AM and 2 PM. Along with sunscreen, you can use Melavoid cream on dark lesions at night.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
