I have been advised to use Telma 80 for a BP diagnosed as 150/110. I weigh about 100kgs and my height is 5'10". I currently under Yoga and dietary restriction. I expect a positive outcome of this in my bp level.
I want to know the following
- if I can delay the use of the medicine for 3 months

Dear sir/Madam
Thanks for your query.
Most important thing in this issue is that if there is an already existing end organ damage? If it is there then probably you would not be able to stop the drugs.
On the other hand this fact is also correct that life style modifications help reducing dose of drugs and controlling BP.
I would not recommend you to delay starting the drug. After sometime your physician can review , especially if there is any end organ involvement and decide.
sincerely
