HI. Thanks for referring. Cataract surgery is generally safe after angioplasty. Only issue here is that your opthalmologist may ask you to stop the antiplatelet drugs before surgery which are must after the angioplasty. 4 months time is still early and these drugs should not be stopped. Please postpone the surgery if it not urgent, as risk of bleeding increases with these drugs. Thanks
