After How Many Days Of Delay In Periods I Can Do HPT?

Hi, im 30 yrs old and married for a year, we don't have children yet but we are working on to have one. Now i am 9days delayed, my last menstration was last sept 4. Im afraid to try a HPT since i don't want to be dissapointed again if i will find out that its negative. My question is how many days delayed to get pregnant since im not experienceing any symptoms as of the moment.?

If you have a fairly regular cycle of 30 days
Then you should do a home pregnancy test at an overdue of 7 days.
