After Negative Pregnancy Test And Delayed Periods Can I Be Pregnant?

hi i had an ectopic surgary on 8th july 2012 , after surgary my first period was 15th august 2012 , second period was 14 september 2012 and third one was on 18th october2012 , now m expected for fourth one it was due to a week , i checked pregancy with pregancy strip but it was negative , so iam pregrant or not if not so where is my period.......!
kindly help me

Period can sometimes be delayed due to alteration in hormonal mileau.
So if pregnancy test is negative than wait for 5 more days and than do repeat pregnancy test .
If urine pregnancy test is still negative and you have not got your menses than you will require to take medication to get periods called withdrawl bleeding after pelvic ultrasound.
