After Varicocele Bilateral 3 Years Ago, What Caused Enlargement Of Vein?

i have a varicosele bilateral dianose 3 years ago, at the left side of my testes, and now i notice the inlargement of vain in my right side, how do i prevent from inlarging this vain and sometimes i fill pain afternoon come and when it cool climate.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Bilateral varicocele.
Testicular veins have valves that prevent falling of blood in testicular veins .The varicocele is dilatation of these veins due to incompetency of these valves resulting from accumulation of blood in these veins,If severe This may cause infertility

There is no medicine that can prevent dilatation of these veins once the valves become incompetent .
The only option is to to undergo surgery of ligation of these veins ( Varicocelectomy) .
