hello,
I have a son-in-law that my daughter and his family live with me and my wife. We have noticed he is EXCESSIVE in the use of bobdybuilding, dieting, and suppliments of the same type. Over 30 differrent daily bottles, several different wheys and more. what are the POssible side effects.
He has shown agressive rage, anger, mood swings and others.

Hello,

Many time body building substance contain stimulant to increase metabolism and hormones to facilitate muscle growth. Unsupervised and excessive use of these product can lead to medical and psychological complications like in his case.

Apart from that excessive use of these products may be due to health anxiety and disturbance in self image. It is better to advice him for use of these product in physician supervision only.
