Alternate Medicine To Glutek M For Cervical Spin Gape?

i have cervical spin gape Doctor advised me Glutek M and VD.5000. for three months. i have taken for one month but Glutek M is not available in market now . should i continue aforesaid medicine and how much it good for cervical spin problem. do you sugguest another medcine for my decease ad my hand figners also effected one finger of both hands feel pain when opening. please advise me

Hello dear. You can take whatever medicine prescribed by your doctor. It may be calcium, Vit D3 and other vitamins. It will definitely have a beneficial effect. Apart from that you can avoid lifting heavy things. Wear Cervical collar if suggested by your doctor.
