Am at risk doctor i had a protected sex with a positive persson two weeks back i had a wound in my mouth and we even kissed she told me that she last tested in september2010 when she was negative but going back last week she was positive and i know that hiv is present in virginal fluids can it pass in the condom because it didnot burst and she hand no wound in her mouth did i get effected.
You have indulged in high risk activities with a HIV positive and you are at risk for HIV . More so because she is recently infected when the RNAViral load is very high. You must get yourself checked for HIV at base line and 90 days post exposure for confirmation .
