hello doctor .. i recently got engaged for 3 months .. my wife started to complain of P.C.O .. I CHECKED MY SEMEN ANALYSIS TO BE SURE NOTHING SIGNIFICANT FOR ME ...
SO THE COUNT WAS 115 AND HIGH VISCOSITY +++ , AND TOTAL FREE AND REPID SPERMS 30%.. AND SLUGGISH SPERMS ARE 30% AND NOT MOTILE 40%... DO I AHVE SOME INTERVENTION .. OT DOES IT ENOUGH TO HAVE FERTALIZATION.. THANK YOU

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your sperm count is normal. but your viscosity is high with low motility. You have more numbers of sluggish and non motile sperm. With this analysis also you are fertile and able to become a father but it may cause some difficulty and delay. Semen wash technique is helpful in your case to increase the motility. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
