Am I Having Dull Aching Headache Due To The Head Bump?

This past Saturday a Yankee Candle top fell out of the cabinet and hit me on the forehead and got a goose egg bump. I didn't black out, no vomiting, just a mild headache but it went away in the morning. About a week after it happened i know have this dull-aching headache throughout my head. Could it be from the bump or just a worrisome headache?
I'm 30 years old, female.

you have dull aching pain due to head bump.the pain is due to pressure over the loose scalp tissues by the blood ooze. it will take some time for pain and swelling to subside.
