Am I Having Symptoms Of Pregnancy?
I am 11days post 3dfet. Was spotting om day 2&3 and then a faint trace on day 7. Urine test on day 9 and 10 both negative. Symptoms disappeared on day 7 but today after my hcg test, I am so uncomfortable. Bloated, constipated then diarrhea. Cramping and feeling heaviness in my bladder. Pregnant?

You should repeat the test after one week because it can be a delayed conception due to delayed ovulation.
Also in case again test is negative get an ultrasound done to see for endometrial thickness and rule out ovarian cyst.
