Am I Pregnant If I Have No Periods After Having Sex?

Hi I am 31 years old unmaried female in a relationship. I have history of PCOD. I had sex but no ejaculation inside. But there might have been some pre ejaculation fluid. I had scanty periods in January and after that I am missing periods from 2 months. I did home preganacy test in a gap of 1 week but it showed negative results. Can I be pregnant? Can Dilvery 10 mg help me get my periods?

Hello,
The cause of your irregular periods could be PCOD or pregnancy. If you have always had regular periods in spite of the hormonal disorder, the first thing to be excluded is pregnancy since complete ejaculation is not necessary for conception to occur. The pre-ejaculate contains enough sperm to fertilize an ovum in the fertile period. Since you could not get a definite result with HPT, please get a serum beta-hCG titre estimation as it is very specific and sensitive. If pregnancy is excluded, withdrawal bleeding can be achieved by Deviry. Hope this helps.
