Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Unprotected intercourse can lead to pregnancy. However, if you have got the periods this month, then chances of pregnancy are low.
However, I would suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment.
Nausea can be due to other medical conditions also, which should be ruled out.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health and.
