I had my period a week early and off and on and been having pregnancy syptoms but took a pregnancy test and it turned out negative.I have twinges in my right side of abdomen and heavyness in low abdomen could it still be pregnancy or my intestines?Thankyou Mandy
Since you had your menstrual cycles although earlier than usual, it is highly unlikely that you are pregnant. Kindly rule out other causes of abdominal pain like appendicitis, diverticulitis ,renal stones or gastritis / colitis.
I would suggest you to take an abdominal / pelvic ultrasound to rule out any other cause of abdominal pain.Ruling out all the emergency condition is very important. Hence, it is essential that you visit your physician immediately for further management.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
