OB and GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

If you are trying to conceive then I suggest you try on 14-17th day of your cycle as it is the peak time for ovulation. Sometimes Breast tenderness can occur in the mid-cycle and even before periods and that’s quite a normal thing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naira Jahangir, OB and GYN Specialist
