Am I Small Or Normal ?

Ok Im 17 and my penis is about 3.8 4 inches flaccid and about 5 even when erect i wanna grow more but i fear that im done going threw puberty, everything has grown except my penis an i have facial hair everywhere...please helpp

For an average person the penile size you hae mentioned is O.K..There is no given standardides norm as to the normal size,this can be variable .What is important is the function and for that the size does not matter.At your age this is a major concern but what is important is to know that size does not matter.
