i am a gay man and have been very depressed for years .. as am christian as well and both sides of me are at each other. have been in a few relationships long term and stopped them because of religous beliefs.. and now i am afraid of being alone and in last 12 months starting dangerous sexual behaviour and using ice to get rid of the feelings, hiv neg at moment but afraid am addicted to ice. where should i look for assistance to stop this downward spiral. i am in melbourne thanks

For having support group help logon to groups.psychologytoday.com and enter in your zip code they will guide you to groups near you zipcode.
More over I need you to consult near by psychiatrist as you will need some sessions with them too.
Combination of group support and psychiatrist sessions will help you to over come you current issues.
