If the second line shows faint on 10th day after missing the period, it suggests that the pregnancy test is weak positive. This could be if the baby is not alive or if the pregnancy is somewhere outside the uterine cavity, what we call as an ectopic pregnancy.
Either of the condition requires expert obstetrician's care and may be intervention.
However, since your doctor has not suspected this, it may not be so. Still I would suggest you to get ultrasonography done to confirm that the pregnancy is normal intrauterine and the baby is growing normally.
Biopreg seems to be medicine of vitamins. Please check on the containts of tablets. The vitamines are OK in pregnancy.
