Hello,
Home pregnancy tests read well 3-7 days after the missed period when performed with a fresh early morning sample of urine. For a better and earlier confirmation, you can get an assessment of the serum beta-hCG titres along with a trans-vaginal sonogram after a proper clinical evaluation. Your symptoms are suggestive of very early pregnancy, but conclusion can be arrived only after confirmation. Hope your query has been answered. Take care.
