Am I Pregnant If I Have Lower Back Pains, Nausea, Mood Swings Etc ?

I am currently 3 weeks late with my cycle. I have had lower back pains, nausea (no vomiting), mood swings, and my ankles & legs are swollen as we speak (very uncomfortable)....I have not taken a pregnancy test yet, but is it possible that these symptoms are attributed to that?

Yes the symptoms can be of early pregnancy.Swelling in legs shouldn't be more , it's better if you do a pregnancy test and routine investigations done like Hb , BP checkup , urine albumin etc.
