Am I Pregnant Inspite Of Having Light Brown Discharge?

Hi, I had sex the second day of my ovulation. It was on March 8. I had my periods on the 21st last month and now it s the 22nd and I still have no real periods. I mean around the 20th i started noticing some spotting, today, on the 22nd there is more of a brown discharge rather than just spotting. I have been having bad headache the last couple of days and I feel mild but almost constant pain in my stomach. Also I sometimes feel pain on one side of my stomach, like sometimes on the right, sometimes on the left side. Can I be pregnant?

Hi,

You can always rule out pregnancy by doing pregnancy test with early morning urine sample. If negative get an ultrasound scan to rule out other causes.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. B. Radhakrishnan. Nair, OBGYN
