I did a urine test got weakly positive then had a blood test done on friday the count was 148 positive, today they asked me to do a pelvic scanning but no sac found but thickened endometrium, doctor says could be early pregnancy. However no tubal pregnancy found. Please help

Your bete hcg levels are indicates you are pregnant. Some time sack will appear late so wait for 2 more week and get one more ultrasound examination for sac.
