Am I Taking The Correct Things For Weight Gaining ?
hi doctor ,good morning!i am using dexorange one bottle,lupizyme,iron tablets from 2 months.Is there any chance to increase my weight.One doctor said that should use for four months.Increased my haemoglobin rate because already i used for two months.Just two months left to use.

It will help to correct your anemia condition. no weight gain. weight gain occur when you are taking high caloric diet like fatty foods, fried and junk foods but at thge same time not doing any physical activity regularly. So you will gain weight as because the calories you are taking are not expensing so it will deposit as extra fat for future utilisation. so look after your diet . avoid all junk foods fast foods, oily fried foods . take more fruits and vegetables . avoid as much as possible non veg foods. do physical activities like morning walk jogging regularly you will never be over weight . u can include 1 tsp garden seeds soaked in milk every night
include tofu /soya product in diet
include vit c rich foods in diet ....lemon/watermelon/orange/ muskmelon
organ meat beneficial if non veg
